The PIRTEK ETA 1 hour on-site hose service means a company that is suffering downtime as a result of a hose failure can call PIRTEK and have a technician on site within an hour who can remove the failed hose, manufacture a new hose in the van and re-install the hose right at the job site. This service can dramatically reduce customers down time and improve productivity and profitability. There is no other franchise like us (no copy cats) and even outside of the franchising world there are very few companies that offer the service level PIRTEK can offer. PIRTEK franchise owners typically work Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm which are the hours their location will be open. On the day they open their new PIRTEK franchise they will have a fully equipped Hose Service Center, three mobile service vehicles and trained employees. They will have three Mobile Sales and Service Technicians (MSST) that will not only provide the 24/7 mobile service, but will also be the franchise owner's ground level sales force. These MSST's will conduct sales calls when not providing service. The franchise owner will also start their business with an Operations Manager who will take care of the trade counter, dispatching the MSST's, inventory control and the daily operations of the business. The fifth employee a new franchise owner will start with is an office administrator who will handle receivables, payables and the administrative side of the business. It is this infrastructure and the PIRTEK system that enables the franchise owner to work on their business and not in their business. PIRTEK owners do not fix hoses on site or behind the counter.
